The (not so) small print...

* Service Management & Manufacturing functionality are only available when you exclusively purchase Business Central Premium Licenses. Essentials licenses cannot be mixed with Premium Licenses within the same Business Central environment, however customers are permitted to license more than one environment within a single Microsoft Tenant at an additional cost. Rapid can help you to determine the most cost effective way to architect your environments, based on your specific needs.

 When opting to pay for Business Central licenses on a Pay-as-you-Go basis, you are committing to pay for licenses in increments of one month at a time. You can choose not to renew a license at the end of the month if you no longer have a need for it. This is an excellent option for licensing temporary or contract resources, but not the most cost effective way to license large numbers of permanent employees.
